I’ve been trying to go to sleep for 4 and a half hours and nothing is working. For the past week nearly I haven’t slept for longer than 4 hours. I’m in bad moods all the time, I’m shattered. I can’t revise properly because I’m so tired, but I just can’t sleep. I’m wide awake and it’s 4.30am and I don’t know what to do with myself. So I’m just gonna watch episodes of Pretty Little Liars and post on here until it’s an acceptable time to get up and then I might go and walk my dog. I wonder how long I’ll last tomorrow before I get overly tired and have a breakdown?
